Ingredients

    * 2 slices Tofu silken lite firm
    * 3 tbsp Honey (agave nectar)
    * 1 tbsp Applesauce, unsweetened
    * 4 small Bananas
    * 1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    *1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    *1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    * 2 tspBaking Powder
    * 2 tsp Baking Soda
    * 1/4 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk Unsweetened Original
    * 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar

Directions

Combine 1st 4 ingredients and process until smooth. Mash banana very well and combine with vanilla, and spices. Mix banana mixture with dry ingredients (flours, sugar, bs, bp) and incorporate. Than incorporate the tofu mixture. Mix together and slowly add milk for good consistency.

Pour into any kind of pan you want (bundt etc...)

Bake on 375 for @ 30 mins.
