Ingredients

    Tasti - Breadmaker Yeast, 3 tsp (remove)
    *Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)
    Skim Milk Powder, 30 gram(s) (remove)
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .75 cup, hulled (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 15 grams (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Water, tap, 300 mL (remove)

Directions

Put all ingredients into a bread maker in order listed in bread maker instructions and bake on wheat cycle. This makes a 750g loaf.

I can usually get about 15 - 20 pieces of bread out of this loaf. It depends on how thick you cut it.
