Ingredients

2 lbs 73% Lean 27% ground beef (or 80/20)
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream (or you could thin it a bit with water and use 1 cup heavy whipping cream and 1 cup water)
1 can (8oz) Tomato Sauce (sugar free)
3/4 cup Hot Water
1 Cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
Seasonings: 1 1/2 TBS Fiesta Zesty Italian Delight
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 TBS garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1 TBS Ideal Sweetener (Xylitol)
Tips
Serve this over your favorite low carb pasta replacement. Shredded cabbage sauteed in bacon grease is my personal favorite.
Directions
Brown ground meat. Either drain off some of the fat or leave it; doesn't matter. Stir in hot water, tomato sauce, cream (or cream and water mixture), and seasonings (NOT xanthan gum!).
Simmer on low for five to ten minutes. Add xanthan gum (if you don't know how to do this properly, do yourself a favor and google it, as it's different from corn starch or flour thickening). Add cheeses. Cook for a couple of minutes more.
Done!
