Introduction

Ingredients

    680 grams of frozen mixed shrimp and scallops
    1 clove garlic
    5 tsp light margarine
    4 tsp enriched flour
    1 cup skim milk
    4 tsp white wine
    4 tsp grated Parmesan Cheese
    Dash nutmeg
    Dash salt

Tips

Great over pasta or any other grain.
Can substitute chicken or turkey in place of shrimp.


Directions

In a pan saute shrimp and scallops over medium high heat for approx 3 minutes. Remove from pan. In same pan, add 1 tsp margarine and brown garlic over medium heat for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant. Add shrimp mix back to pan and saute 2 min longer.

In small saucepan, heat remaining 4 tsp margarine over medium heat; add flour and mix. Gradually add milk, wine, and Parmesan and bring to a boil. Cook until thickened. Add salt and nutmeg. Combine shrimp mix with sauce and stir.
