Ingredients

    1 lb. 90% lean ground beef
    1 tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup water

Tips

If you'd like this recipe to simmer longer, add about a 1/2 c. more water.


Directions

Brown ground beef and drain. Return beef to skillet. Sprinkle flour, salt, pepper and chili powder over drained beef. Stir till beef is evenly coated. Add water and ketchup. Cook and stir over low heat till combined and at consistency you prefer.
