Ingredients

    Dressing
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp dijon mustard
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp basil pesto

    Salad
    3 cups pasta (I used rice pasta)
    1.5 cups kidney beans
    1.5 cups chickpeas
    1 cup diced yellow pepper
    1/2 c sliced black olives
    1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
    1/4 red onion

Tips

Add chicken, avocados, peas, corn, use wheat pasta, variations are endless.


Directions

Mix dressing ingredients together, mix salad ingredients together, combine and toss.
