Ingredients

Carrots, cooked, 3 carrot
Butter, unsalted, 3 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
Skim Milk, 1 cup
Cheddar Cheese, 4 slice (1 oz)
Tips
You may opt putting the gratin in the oven after cooking it.
Before putting in the oven, you may sprinkle almond crumbs or any other crumb or even coconut flakes with some more shredded cheese over the gratin
Directions
Wash and Boil the Carrots. Then Mash the Carrots.
Cook on low heat in a pan mashed carrots with butter first then add milk and then cheese
When it forms a thick paste in the pan, take away from heat and put in the oven for 10 mins at 180 degrees fahrenheit
