Introduction

Ingredients

4 Matza
3 Eggs, well beaten
Pinch of Salt
1/2 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Margarine
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 c. Walnuts
1/2 c. Golden Raisins
2 Apples, cored and pared
Directions
Lightly oil 8x8 pan.
In large bowl, break matzas into pieces
Cover with water and soak for 5 minutes.
Pour into colander and do not squeeze dry.
Chop nuts.
In large bowl, beat eggs with salt, sugar, melted margarine and cinnamon.
Stir in nuts and raisins.
Core, pare and chop apples into this bowl.
Gently stir in matza.
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray top with canola oil
Bake 45 minutes until lightly browed.
