Ingredients

    equal parts soy milk, white flour and eggs.

Directions

Once all ingredients are whisked together. Leave to stand at room temperature for an hour at least. Set oven to a high temperature (normally around 400F) and heat a muffin tray containing a pea sized amount of cooking oil. Once oil is hot take tray from oven and quickly divide mixture amongst the sections in the tray. Once mixture hits the oil, it should immediately start to sizzle and rise.

Once you've filled the tray, return immediately to oven for approx 15 minutes or til the pudding are golden in colour and risen.
