Ingredients

    1 1/2 plain nonfat yogurt
    1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
    1 pound lean beef
    1 egg
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    1/4 tea. salt
    2 tbs flour
    1 cube of beef broth bollion
    1 tea. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

in a large bowl combine 1/2 cup yogurt and breadcrumbs; let stand 5 minutes. Add ground beef, egg, onion and salt. Mix well and shape 1 1/4 inch meatballs. Spary large nonstick skillet with pam or whatever you like. cook meatballs over med. heat until brown and cooked through, turning often: drain wipe skillet dry

In a small bowl combine 1 cup yogurt, flour, beef broth mix, and worcestersauce until smoth.
Add to skillet. cook over med. low stirring consitantly, until thickened. DO NOT BOIL
Reduce heat to low. Add meatballs; mix with sauce and cook until just heated through. Garnich with fresh parsley if desired.
