Ingredients

    2 cup cooked cracked whole grain buckwheat
    1 lb of cucumber, diced to ¼ inch
    ½ cup minced shallot
    3 Tbsp finely chopped fresh dill weed
    ½ cup Oil and Vinegar Dressing

Directions

Chop cucumber and mince dill and shallot. Combine cooked buckwheat with vinaigrette, shallot, cucumber, and dill. Toss to combine.
