Ingredients

    1/4 c steel cut oats
    3/4 c unsweetened almond milk
    1 tblsp almond butter
    1/2 tblsp agave nectar
    2 tblsp wheat germ
    2 tblsp ground flax
    1 tblsp chia seeds
    1/4 c frozen mixed fruit (or fresh) thawed

Tips

Top with some mixed fruit or blueeberries and some sliced almonds. Can use PB2 in place of almond butter.


Directions

Mix oats with almond milk and microwave for 6 minutes, stirring after 3. Add all other ingredients after cooking.
