Ingredients

    1 9" ready to bake pie crust
    3 eggs
    1 cup 2% milk
    3 thin slices of Swiss cheese
    1/2 cup lean diced ham
    2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Whisk together eggs, milk and parmesan. Place pie crust (in the tin pan it comes in) into a glass pie dish. Place slices of Swiss cheese to cover the bottom of the pie crust. Pour egg mixture over this. Sprinkle ham into the egg mixture. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes then lower temperature to 350. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Allow a few minutes to cool, slice and serve.
