Ingredients

    12 oz. Whole Wheat Pasta
    12 oz. Frozen Shrimp, thawed
    3/4 tsp paprika
    1 Can No Salt Added Tomatoes
    1 Can No Salt Added White Kidney Beans (Cannellini)
    1 Can Diced Green Peppers
    1/2 cup fresh parsley diced or 3 Tbsp dried parsley
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
    Optional: 1/2 tsp red pepper

Directions

1. Heat water, cook spaghetti. Retain 3/4 cup of the liquid.
2. In bowl, mix thawed shrimp with paprika thoroughly, set aside.
3. Heat oil in skillet, and beans and garlic, cook until garlic is lightly browned. Add tomatoes and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cook about two minutes, add shrimp and parsley, cook until heated through.
4. Drain pasta, return to pot. Add shrimp mixture and reserved liquid and toss.

Serving Size: Makes 4 Servings
