    SWANSON NATURAL GOODNESS CHICKEN BROTH WITH 33% LESS SODIUM, 100% FAT FREE

    1 MEDIUM ONION

    5 STALKS OF CELERY CHOPPED

    6 MEDIUM CARROTS CHOPPED

    SALT AND PEPPER AS DESIRED

SAUTE DICED GARLIC WITH CHOP CELERY, CHOPPED CARROTS, CHOPPED ONION IN ONE CAN OF CHICKEN BROTH IN SEPARATE PAN UNTIL VEGETABLES ARE TENDER. PREPARE ONE BOX OF KONRIKO WILD PECAN RICE PER INSTRUCTIONS IN 4 QUART SOUP POT ON STOVE TOP. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS IN THE SOUP POT AND SIMMER FOR 1.5 HOURS.
