Ingredients

    3 cups shredded cabbage
    3 oranges peeled and cut into small pieces
    2 red apples, diced
    1 cup red grapes halves
    1 medium sized mango, peeled and cubed
    1 tablespoon lemon juice

Tips

You can also add 1/4 cup currants, 2 apricots, 1/4 grapefruit and 1 tablespoon of sugar, but this will change the nutritional info.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, cover and refrigerate for 3 hours. You can eat as much as you like throughout the day, but I had 2 cups per serving.
