Introduction

Ingredients

    *fat free fromage frais, 100 grams
    Oat Bran, 20 grams (remove)
    *Lemon Zest (Shredded Lemon Peel), 1 tsp
    Sweet & Low (2 packets)
    Cool Whip Fat Free, 3 Tbsp

Tips

You could also swap the yogurt and lemon for a flavoured yogurt on top.


Directions

Put oatbran in base of a serving dish and mix with sweetener. On top put yogurt mixed with lemon juice.

Put in the fridge and wait at least an hour.

When ready to eat you can eat as is or add cool whip which I added to this recipe as I have a sweet tooth
