Ingredients

    2.5 lbs. Chicken cut in strips or cubes and pre-cooked on grill or sauce pan.
    2 Tbs. Olive Oil
    1 cup of 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1 cup of 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    3 Tbs. Light Mayonnaise
    1 Tbs. Basil
    1 Tbs. Oregano
    1 Tsp. Fine Sea Salt
    1 Tsp. Black Pepper
    1 Bag of Frozen Broccoli
    1/2 Cup of grated Parmesan

Tips

Serve over rice, (not included in calculations).


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prep chicken and put in pan with 2 Tbs. Olive Oil and cook until pink is gone. Heat soups and mayo with spices in sauce pan. Mix chicken and broccoli in large bowl. pour soup over top and mix. Place in casserole dish and sprinkle with parmesan. cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
