2 Cups Kirkland Real Egg Whites (1 small carton+1/4 cup)
1 Package Low Sodium Kirkland Bacon
Spinach
Half of large Onion
2 tbs Minced Garlic
Pepper to taste
Directions
Cook bacon, spinach, onion, and minced garlic until done. Cool off bacon and add to egg whites.
Bake on 400 for 12 minutes.
