Ingredients

    3 whole eggs
    3 egg whites
    1/2 cup (12 tbl) ground flax seed
    1 cup baked yams
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients and blend with the egg and yams. Cook in non-stick pan lightly sprayed.
