    garlic
    onion
    chilli powder
    black pepper
    starkist hickory smoked tuna
    egg beaters

Directions

dice the garlic, peppers, onions - saute
then mix the tuna and egg beaters together
mix it into the pan
stir until you've reached the necessary wet/dryness
