Ingredients

    4 lb. chuck roast
    1 c. ketchup
    1 c. barbeque sauce
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. water
    1 c. chopped onions
    4 tbl. vinegar
    2 tbl. brown sugar
    2 tbl. worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Spoon into 5 quart cooker. Cover. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours. Slice meat into thin slices and serve in barbeque sauce over mashed potatoes or rice.
