Ingredients

    1 CUP 2% MILK
    1 CUP WHITE FLOUR
    1 EGG
    salt to taste

Directions

Blend all the ingredients together. In a small skillet sprayed with non stick spray, put a little portion to cover the skillet and light brown both sides. This must be thin.

Than, fill with you want.

Serving Size: make 6 equal rounds
