Introduction

This is a twist on the popular banana/applesauce/rolled oats recipe. I removed the raisins, and added dried figs and cinnamon! 29.4 calories and .4 grams of fat per serving! Ingredients

    3 Ripe Bananas
    1/3 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
    2 Cups Rolled Oats
    1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
    1 Cup Chopped Dried Figs

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

Chop approx 6 dried dates and set aside.

In a large bowl mash the bananas and applesauce together until smooth. Add cinnamon, vanilla and figs. Mix well. Add oats and mix thoroughly.

Drop by teaspoon fulls onto a wax lined cookie sheet.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
