Introduction

Yummy Tuna Salad that my husband loves and is low in calories. Yummy Tuna Salad that my husband loves and is low in calories.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 12 ounce can chunk light tuna in water
    2 Avocados
    1 Cup Low fat Greek Yogurt
    15 oz canned sweet corn
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste
    Garlic powder to taste
    Chili powder to taste

Directions

Drain water from tuna and corn and then dump contents into a medium to large mixing bowl. Add avocados and greek yogurt. Start stirring with a spoon until all ingredients are mixed well together. Add seasonings to taste and viola! I usually add this to a heaping bowl of mixed salad :]

Serving Size: Makes 10 1/4 cup servings
