    - Fresh raspberries
    - Kiwi
    - Apple
    - Grapes
    - Cottage Cheese (I personally enjoy Nordica 1%)


You can put any fruit in your salad - to each their own!
Avocados are a tasty addition.
This is a great meal after a workout because it contains a lot of protein.


1) Add spinach to a bowl
2) Slice all your fruit and add to the spinach
3) Top with cottage cheese as your dressing
