Ingredients

    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup frozen cherries (Dark, sweet cherries)
    1/2 cup dices apples (honeycrisp is best)
    Premium Protein Powder drink (11 oz.)
    1 cup crushed ice

Directions

Combine all ingredients (except wheat germ) in personal blender. Blend ingredients to desired consistency. Add crushed ice and water. Crush to desired consistence.

Serving Size: Makes one 16 ounce serving
