Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 Ripe bananas, mashed well
    .5 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 T Chia Seeds
    2 Cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
    .5 or 1 tsp Cinnamon to taste
    4 T (2 serving) PB2 (in powder form)
    .25 Cup chopped almonds
    4 T Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients, combining in order
Spoon 20 rounds onto cookie sheets.
Bake for about 15 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool

These are great for breakfast, snacks or dessert - I like them best frozen!
