Introduction

Ingredients

1) 2 pnds. Ground beef, extra lean - I normally use 95% lean
2) 2 medium eggs
3) Onions 1/2 cup
4) Bread 1 cup (roughly 2 slices)
5) Salt & Pepper 1 tbsp each
6) Milk 2%
7) Ketchup 1 cup (roughly)
Tips
Depending on the thickness in the pan it could take less or more time to cook, so you'll want to check it at about 30 min.
Some people like it better when the ketchup is put on after removing the cover. This cooks the ketchup and makes it like a supper sweet crust.
Directions
Completely thaw the hamburger. Thaw time not included in prep time.
Mix all ingredients together, EXCEPT the ketchup.
Put in two bread pans, or in one large cake pan.
Put in the oven at 350-400 (f) for 45 min. covered.
Remove the cover and finish cooking.
Put the ketchup on the meatloaf when finished cooking and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 15 roughly 1 inch squares
