Ingredients

    1.25 lbs ground beef
    1 egg
    .25 cup milk
    .25 dried italian bread crumbs
    1/3 onion minces
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 T dried parsley
    1t garlic powder

Directions

mix all ingredients well, shape into a loaf, bake for 50 minutes at 350.
