Ingredients

about 30 leaves fresh basil
1/2 C baby spinach
1 clove garlic - peeled
2 T whole flax seeds
1/4 C roasted pistachios in shell (remove from shell)
1-1.5 T olive oil
Tips
the flax retains more of its nutrients when processed just prior to eating rather than purchasing pre-ground flax. In addition, some flaxseed meal has been pressed to remove the oil, where the good stuff hangs out!
Directions
1. process flax seeds in coffee grinder, processor or with morter and pestle.
2. process flax, nuts, spinach, basil & garlic until ground
3. add 1T oil and additional .5T if needed to blend
