Ingredients

    2 cups of brown rice
    4 1/2 cups of chicken broth
    1 cup of chopped onions
    1 cup of sweet red peppers chopped
    2 tbsp olive oil
    3 tsp minced garlic
    4 dashes of sea salt with garlic

Directions

Chop onions and red peppers, saute in frying pan. Measure out 2 cups of long grain brown rice.
Add rice to rice cooker.
Add chicken broth to rice cooker.
Add salt, oil, onions, garlic and red peppers to rice cooker.
Press the cook button.
Come back in about 45 mins.
Fluff and enjoy :)
