Ingredients

    2 cups diced tomatoes
    1/2 small onion, chopped roughly
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped roughly
    4 garlic cloves
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tbsp black pepper
    1 tbsp cilantro
    2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and mix for 10-15 seconds.
