Ingredients



    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)
    Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, .25 pepper (remove)
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted, 2 oz (remove)
    Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices (remove)
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

use the following in nutribullet for dressing:

tomato
cucumber
olives
olive oil
avocado salt/pepper
hemp seed
jalapeno
balsamic

take the rest of everything else and chop up for the salad. Mix all that jazz together and enjoy the most healthy thing you'll probably have today. EAT YOUR FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. They are the only "food" that really matters.
