    Hearts of palm (1/4 " slices)
    Red onion (1/4 of an onion diced)
    Shredded carrot (2 carrots)
    blue cheese crumbles (1/4 cup)
    toasted pecans (1/4 cup)

    Balsamic vinaigrette
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    salt pepper to taste
    I've added a pressed clove of garlic for some punch
