Ingredients

    6 Medium Peaches, sliced
    1/2 Cup Red Onion, Sliced
    1 Cup Raspberries
    20 Basil Leaves, torn or chopped
    1 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
    Juice of 1 Lemon
    2 TBL Olive Oil
    1 tsp Salt or to taste
    1 tsp Pepper or to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate to combine flavors, about 1 hour. Serve cold or at room temp.
