Introduction

Cherries, oats, cocoa and almond milk are blended together to make a sweet treat, that's still healthy. Cherries, oats, cocoa and almond milk are blended together to make a sweet treat, that's still healthy.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

1/3 cup quick, or minute oatmeal, dry
1 cup Almond Milk, such as Almond breeze, unsweetened
    1 cup frozen cherries
    1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Tips

I use a magic bullet, and can only fit about 3/4 cup of cherries. You might have to stop, and shake a bit to get everything processed.
If you like your smoothies a little sweeter, try adding a bit of honey, or your favourite sweetener.
This makes a great breakfast smoothie!

Directions

Place the dry, uncooked oatmeal in the blender, and process until it's ground to a fine powder.
Add the almond milk, cherries and cocoa powder, and blend until it's smooth.
