Introduction

Ingredients

    12 oz cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp (any size)
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    4 large green onions, chopped
    1/3-1/2 c light mayo
    adobo seasoning
    dried or fresh cilantro
    black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients and chill a few hours to overnight in the fridge. Serve over salad greens with favorite fixings (tomato, cucumber, avocado, etc).
