Ingredients

    1/4 c Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain
    1/8 tsp Cinnamin
    2 tbls Coconut oil, organic virgin
    1 med Banana, fresh
    3/4 c Crushed Ice
    1 tsp Agave Nectar, Light

Tips

You can easily vary this recipe with different fruits, nuts, etc. Substitute 1/2 c milk and 1/2 c cruched ice.


Directions

Add the dry ingredients to blender and blend well. Melt coconut oil in 1/4 c. hot water and add to oatmeal. Blend well. Add remaining ingredients and blend to desired consistency, pour into glass and enjoy!

No cooking required.

Serving Size: Makes a 12 oz glass
