Ingredients

    4 ounces 93% lean ground turkey meat
    1/4 cup tomatoes
    1/4 cup shredded cheese
    1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
    1 Tbsp chopped onions
    1 tsp chili powder
    corn tortilla

Tips

You can cook it in any order you want or do anything with the ingredients for whatever desired taste or consistency.


Directions

Brown turkey meat in skillet, and sautee onions with it. Stir in chili powder. Chop lettuce and onions. Tear tortillas into bits or strips. Crisp under broiler, in microwave, or add to beef and onions until crunchy or crisp. Stir in cheese to mixture, and toss with the lettuce and tomatoes. Enjoy.
