    bean sprouts ty ling, 1 cup
    Yellow, red and orange Peppers, equal to 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    teriyaki sauce, stir fry la choy, 3 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp

Directions

heat olive oil in pan
lightly stir fry peppers
add bean sprouts, chicken and sauce, heat thru
