Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened vanilla
    1 cup Kale, raw, vein/stem removed
    1 cup Spinach, raw, stems removed
    1 pitted Apricot
    1/3 cup Greek Yogurt, Vanilla
    2 Tblsp Ground Golden Flaxseed
    3 Dates, (dried) pitted (soaked in 1/3 boiling water)
    2 tsp Almond Flour
    1 pear (large), cored, sliced
    1 peach (large), pitted, sliced
    1/2 cup frozen strawberries
    dash of Vanilla extract

Directions

Place 3 dates in 1/3 cup of boiling water. Set aside.
Prepare kale and spinach by removing vein and/or stems.
Pit apricot and peach. Core pear. Set all these aside to add them as directed below.
In blender, place almond milk, kale and spinach. Blend on high, to liquify kale and spinach. Turn off blender and add to that, pitted apricot and Greek yogurt. Blend together on high. Tun off blender and add Ground Golden Flaxseed, soaked pitted dates (with the water), almond flour and pear. Blend on high, until all are broken down. Turn off blender. Add to that, peach slices, frozen strawberries and a dash of vanilla extract.

Serving Size: Makes 5 1-cup servings
