    Mix flour, salt , baking powder and chocolate chips together in a medium mixing bowl. In a large bowl, mix oil, stevia, and eggs together until well blended. Add mashed bananas. Spray muffin tin with non stick spray and divide batter evenly. Sprinkle a small amount of sugar on muffin tops before baking.


Pre heat oven to 500 degrees. Place muffins in oven and immediately lower temperature to 400. Bake for 15 minutes.
