Introduction

Ingredients

    Califlower
    eggs
    mozzarella cheese
    cheddar cheese
    salt
    oregano
    parsley
    basil
    pasta or spaghetti sauce
    ground beef
    grilled chicken
    onion/peppers, mushrooms etc optional
    pepperoni or traditional toppings can be added

Directions

Crumble califlower into small pieces in a food processor, put in large bowl add eggs, salt, oregano, basil and cheddar cheese. Spray pan or stone with Pam On a pizza stone or cookie sheet and place the mixture onto the middle of it and spread to 1/4 " thick. Bake in 350 oven for 20 mins. Then turn the oven up to 400 and bake for 10- 15 mins more till the crust is golden brown.
Put the oven up to 450.
Remove it from the oven and top with sauce and toppings. Put back into the oven and bake until the cheese on top melts and browns till desired.

Serving Size: 6 or 8 slices
