Ingredients

    4 oz fat free cream cheese, cubed
    4 oz low fat cream cheese, cubed
    1 (1.25oz) packet low sodium taco seasoning
    1 cup chunky salsa
    1 (11oz) can mexicorn with red and green peppers

Directions

1. In microwave safe dish, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover.

2. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir well. Cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.

3. Stir well before serving. Serve warm.

Serving Size: Makes 18 servings
