Introduction

Trial Protein Oatmeal to mix ahead for a quick start in the morning. This is my first try at a high protein low carb recipe. Not too low carb; I think I need to lower the oats to 1/4 Cup. Ingredients


    3 scoops - *Protein Shake - Biochem Whey Protein Isolate

    1/2 Cup - *Instant Nonfat Dry Milk

    1 tsp - *Xanthan Gum

    1/2 tsp - Salt

    1/2 Cup - *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 48 tsp

    1/2 Cup Instant cooking Oatmeal (plain)

Tips

I like to season mine with cinnamon and raisins or cinnamon and a few small dried apple pieces. This adds flavor.


Directions

Use a 1/3 cup of mix in microwave safe bowel and cook until mixture reaches just under boiling stage. DO NOT let mixture boil.
