Ingredients

    4 cups whole milk
    1/4 c. water
    abt. 10 red potatoes, cubed
1 lb. salmon (or other fish)
    1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup half and half creamer
    2 tbsp butter
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste

Tips

When finished, put in a crock pot and keep on low for all-day serving.

Directions

Boil cubed potatoes until soft, about 15 minutes and set aside. In the same pot, saute onions and salmon (mash up salmon into small pieces during saute) in 2 T. butter until onions are translucent and salmon is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add potatoes back in and add milk and simmer uncovered on low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, being careful not to let milk boil. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
