    1 T flour
    1 c milk
    2 teaspoon lemon juice
    2 T Dijon mustard


Whisk all ingredients over med heat. Boil for a few minutes.

  • Used the base of the recipe and added some garlic and more lemon instead of the Dijon mustard, poured it over shrimp added a light sprinkle of bread crumbs and baked it for 10 minutes, yummy. - 6/11/12

  • very easy and fast. Great sauce for pork chops or any veggie. I sauteed onions and mushrooms and poured the sauce over top, served with pork chops. - 11/16/09
