Ingredients

    Dungeness Crab, 12 oz (any kind of crab meat, cooked, shell removed)
    Shrimp, cooked, diced 8 oz
    Avocados, California (Haas), 2 fruit without skin and seeds, diced
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels (roasted corn optional)
    Bush's, Black Beans, 1 cup (rinsed and drained)
    Red Onion Raw, diced 0.5 cup
    Tomato, grape, halved 8 oz
    Lime Juice, 2 lime yields
    Pepper, red or cayenne, to taste
    *Garlic (1 clove), 2 serving
    Salt, to taste
    Jalapeno Pepper, minced, to taste

Tips

Prep time refers mostly to shelling the crab meat. If using canned or imitation crab, this would be much quicker.


Directions

Mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate and serve cold.
