Ingredients

    • Avocados,California (Haas),1 fruit w/out skin and seed
    • Tuna /PC /120g drained, 120 gram(s)
    • Hard boiled egg (I egg), 2 serving
    • Olives/black-Unico-5 olives, sliced-20 gram(s)
    • Carrots (Raw), shredded, .5 cup
    • Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped
    • Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .75 cup, chopped
    • Jalapeno Peppers, .5 pepper
    • Kraft Miracle Whip Calorie Whip - 1 tbsp, 3 serving
    • Relish (Heinz) Sweet Relish, 3 tbsp
    • Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp
    • Salt, .25 tsp
    • Thyme, ground, .5 tsp
    • Paprika, .5 tsp

Tips

Serve with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and bean sprouts stuffed into pita pockets or rolled tortillas.


Directions

The time it takes to boil and cool 2 large eggs (approximately 3.5 minutes), you can chop add and mix this delicious, healthy dish.

Remove pit from a medium avocado; palm a half and using a paring knife, make diced sections inside the shell; take a large dinner spoon and 'scoop' out avocado into a separate bowl.

• Medium chop: Onions, shredded carrots and sweet
peppers into a medium sized mixing bowl.
• Finely chop half a jalapeno pepper,
• Chop the 'sliced' black olives
• Mix in (drained) can of (any type) chunk style tuna
• Remove and cool boiled eggs-after they cool; dice
and mix into bowl with all of the other ingredients
(except avocados).
• Stir in Kraft Miracle Whip, relish and mustard
• Add in the avocado last,
• Add the salt, thyme and paprika...
Put the mixed ingredients into the fridge, should be served cold.
